Squadron 16 is an outfit that prides itself on its professionalism and academic excellence. As Falcons, we consistently hold the best grades in the Second Wing and are among the top in the Corps of Cadets.

Squadron 16 produces quality men and women who have worked on Corps Staff, Major Unit Staffs and within Special Units. In past years, Falcons have served as Corps Commander, Deputy Corps Commander, Second Wing Commander, Task Force Commander, Ross Volunteer Commander, a Head Yell Leader, and various other key staff roles. This tradition of excellence continues long on after graduation where many Falcons have become successful military officers and private sector leaders.

Because of this tradition, we have donned the slogan: “Onward and Upward”
